About Cat.
Cat, sometimes also known as “Cinematic Cat” (more on that in a moment), is a good friend of mine, one of the loveliest people I’ve met in the wedding industry, and the person behind The Booth That Rocks.
She’s bubbly, charming and enormous fun to have around. A talented dancer and performer herself, she brings that energy to her work with guests, helping people loosen up, join in and get the best out of their photographs. Sometimes the fun escapes the booth and finds its way around the rest of the venue, too.
She’s also a talented, creative photographer with a lovely way of putting people at ease. I’ll happily try to steal her from the booth and bring her into my photography team as an additional photographer whenever I can. Hence “Cinematic Cat”. She has her own lovely team at The Booth That Rocks, too, which is very helpful for my recruitment efforts.
I’ve seen Cat get emotional at weddings herself, and I love how much the people and the occasion mean to her. She takes pride in what she does and wants the very best for our couples. That’s the kind of person I love having on the Cinematic team.

Step inside and make it your own.
A booth that feels like your celebration.
For weddings across Cheshire, the Wirral and North Wales, The Booth That Rocks offers enclosed oval photo booths and a full-length Magic Mirror. There are props to play with and personalised print designs, so you can talk through a look that fits your plans.
There’s also a choice of green-screen backgrounds, including bespoke options. You can talk through the backdrop you’d like in the pictures, as well as a personalised design for the prints themselves.
A booth adds another layer of fun alongside your professional photography and film: friends dressing up, making each other laugh and creating some wonderfully silly souvenirs.
It also gives guests something fun to do if we slip away for sunset photographs or a few evening portraits. You get a little time together, and they have a very good excuse to misbehave.

Something to take home from a very good night.
Packages can include prints on the day.

A little horsing around is positively encouraged.
And something you can listen back to.
An audio guestbook gives your guests a different way to leave a message. The Booth That Rocks offers a telephone version and an 8ft white telephone-box option, with recordings returned as a keepsake.
It could be a lovely addition if voices and personal messages mean a lot to you. Choose a quieter spot where guests can hear the greeting and take a moment to say something.
A few things to talk through.
Would an enclosed booth or Magic Mirror suit us?
Where should it go at the venue?
When should we have it open?
Can the print design match our wedding?
What do we and our guests get to keep?
How would an audio guestbook work?

A very good excuse to be ridiculous.
